1. Check whether the printer is on;
Confirm that the
printer has been powered on. If not, Plug the printer power line according the
following picture, and press the power button for more than 0.5 seconds to
start the printer.
2. Check whether the Wired cable is connected
according to the following picture;
3. Check whether the computer and the printer are in
the same LAN;
1) When the printer is ready for use, press the
power button three times within one second to print a configuration page;
2) The value of "IP Address" under
"Wired Info" in the configuration page is the printer¡¯s IP address;
3) Check whether the IP address of computer and
printer are in the same LAN. If not, switch the LAN of computer to the LAN of printer.
4. If the above steps failed to solve the problem,
re-install the USB driver of the printer.
1) Get the installer from the CD or official website: http://www.lenovoimage.com/;
2) Install the printer driver ;
3) Open "Lenovo Image Print" again and
click "Refresh" button. Select the installed USB printer and it will
work normally.
